國(guó)內(nèi)上市藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)征集任務(wù) 現(xiàn)向廣大的同行征集藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)，共有2個(gè)任務(wù)，具體要求如下： 任務(wù)一：藥智網(wǎng)藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中未收載品種 1.要求藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)是數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)沒(méi)有收載的品種，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)里面查不到的品種（請(qǐng)先自行查詢）。 2.說(shuō)明書(shū)格式要求：圖片格式、PDF格式(內(nèi)容是多張圖片）、WORD格式（內(nèi)容是多張圖片）。無(wú)水印、無(wú)紅章、清晰，內(nèi)容完整、正確。 3.按照指定格式交稿。 4.一個(gè)合格的說(shuō)明書(shū)5元一個(gè)。 任務(wù)二：藥智網(wǎng)藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（http://db.yaozh.com/instruct）中已收載品種 1.要求只有說(shuō)明書(shū)范本而未有具體生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的說(shuō)明書(shū)品種（請(qǐng)先自行查詢）。 2. 說(shuō)明書(shū)格式要求：圖片格式、PDF格式(內(nèi)容是多張圖片）、WORD格式（內(nèi)容是多張圖片）。無(wú)水印、無(wú)紅章、清晰，內(nèi)容完整、正確。 3.按照指定格式交稿 4. 一個(gè)合格的說(shuō)明書(shū)2元一個(gè)。 交稿方式：EXCEL表格目錄+文件 目錄的格式請(qǐng)見(jiàn)附件 之前在藥智匯發(fā)布的說(shuō)明書(shū)征集任務(wù)在此任務(wù)發(fā)布之日起截止，不再以之前的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)征集。要求格式嚴(yán)格按照要求寫，如有不正確我們不接收。 提交說(shuō)明書(shū)的方式是通過(guò)QQ傳壓縮包的形式傳給我。 有意向者請(qǐng)直接聯(lián)系我。   [更多]
