從硫酸裝置余熱鍋爐出口抽出的含8-10%的SO2煙氣，溫度為350℃左右的煙氣中含有0.3%的SO3煙氣，煙氣在二氧化硫省煤器中用除鹽水冷卻到140℃以下后，用管道輸送到二氧化硫酸洗塔，在酸洗塔中首先用25-40℃的98%濃硫酸吸收其中的SO3煙氣，同時(shí)煙氣溫度下降到40℃以下。去除SO3后的煙氣進(jìn)入二氧化硫吸收塔，用檸檬酸鈉溶液吸收煙氣中的二氧化硫。最近采用本系統(tǒng)處理三氯蔗糖尾氣中的SO2時(shí)，出現(xiàn)了以下異常狀況： 1、溶液由清澈透亮變成渾濁不清，里面混有大量的單質(zhì)硫。 2、變渾濁后的溶液幾乎不吸收SO2煙氣，二氧化硫沒(méi)有產(chǎn)量。 3、溶液變渾濁后，停下系統(tǒng)打開(kāi)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)解析釜、貧富液換熱器等各處都會(huì)結(jié)滿硫磺，硫磺堵塞系統(tǒng)不能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 4、處理三氯蔗糖尾氣后，系統(tǒng)設(shè)備腐蝕嚴(yán)重。請(qǐng)問(wèn)這是由于什么原因?qū)е碌模?
